ListMucho is a grocery shopping list application with intelligent product suggestions and budget tracking capabilities. The App operates entirely offline and stores all grocery lists and user data locally on the user's device.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security features
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your grocery lists and budget information.
5. Data Storage and Privacy

6. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service, to display advertisements. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
• Loss of grocery lists due to device failure
• Any technical malfunctions or interruptions
• Inaccurate price calculations or budget tracking
• Any shopping decisions based on App data
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All data stored locally remains under your control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alabama, USA.
